There is no doubt that regular treatments are more beneficial and if we’re dealing with an area of pain or emotional instability, it takes time to identify and begin to encourage the body to take up the offer of change in order to reduce your pain, improve your mobility and strength and most importantly of all, maintain it. If the body and mind have been in a particular state for a long time and treatment isn’t consistent, it will just revert back very quickly.
Once improvement is made after regular treatments, then it’s advisable to drop to every two weeks and then eventually a monthly maintenance treatment will help preserve all the hard work we’ve done.

Had a wonderful massage with Rachel today. After a very stressful few months it was exactly what I needed, but until today I didn't realise how much!
Her technique was wonderful, she has magic hands, and I could feel the tension just melting away. I even felt a little emotional at one point, the feeling of release was so good.
The location is absolutely stunning, incredible views, peaceful location and a beautiful treatment room.
